Our History
Above and Beyond was established by Irma Rossman, MBA. Irma began her care giving career, by providing her own parents with in-home care over a decade earlier. A long time Californian, Irma served California businesses with a commitment to professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
She values above all else, an individual's right to independence and their freedom of choice. With these strong values, she strives to provide clients with the highest level of services. Not only does Irma offer a commitment to clients, she also gives back to the community through developing continual alliances with other health professionals who demand ethics and honesty.

Above and Beyond serves clients with our team of highly qualified and extraordinary personal assistants. All of our staff undergoes a thorough screening process and are bonded and insured. Our team is dedicated to meeting client needs with the utmost respect while performing all services.

In order to provide clients with the highest level of home health care, all of our personal assistants receive ongoing education, training, hands on leadership experience, guided mentoring, family support and disease specific training programs.
